About Us
Altogether Care is a domicillary care agency based in Hereford that aims to provide care and support to people in need within and around Herefordshire. The company has been established by Helen Gordon, who has experience with care in your own home. She has worked within social care for over 13 years.
It can be difficult accepting support when life changing events happen but we can offer advice and support to you from our experienced, mature and professional staff.
Whether you need us for half an hour, to several visits daily or even a full waking/sleep-in service we aim to provide the care "you want". Our service is open 24hrs per day, 7 days per week, 365 days of the year.
We aim to support you to live in your own home and help maintain your independent life. We can assist you with personal care, bathing, showering, dressing,preparation and support to eat and drink, prompting and assisting you with medication, light domestic tasks, support you at social events and activities, the list is endless. We specialise in support to the elderly, those with physical difficulties and palliative care plus respite and care whilst convalescing. We also provide one-off support.
Altogether Care staff are trained to the highest standards as well having worked in the care sector for numerous years and we provide ongoing training ensuring optimum care. Standards are always met and regulated and inspected by the care quality commision for your peace of mind. We are fully insured and CQC registered. Helen and her staff are always polite and punctual. Nothing was too much trouble. If Helen didnt have the answer to my question she would fine the answer and relevant information for me. The staff would always make me feel at ease which helped with accepting the help I needed to remain in my own home and be as independent as safely possible.
Helen and her team are very supportive to me. As I was deeply saddened when mummy derteriated and I had to accept help. They also offer sitting with mummy while I have a break and attend my social gathering so both mummy and I have social interaction. Purely professional, polite, punctual and respectable to both mummy and I.
